In the triple toe lesson you will hear about stepping out to keep your jump from swinging. This particular take off has an outside three turn than can help jump on the circle. In slow motion with pauses and helpful line drawings you will see the take off placement and follow through of the feet. A reference to a hockey stick shape is used.
This is the first triple toe landed by this skater so pretty exciting. Paige also in 3 min 24 seconds talks and counts out this skaters rhythm, commenting everyone has there own but seeing this and hearing while the demonstration is being done is very helpful. Air position with feet and elbows are shown and then another normal speed view is seen helping the overall view of this first landed triple toe.
