Long Jumps

Product Description

These power jumps can be used as a warm up or even to build better jumping technique.  You can do these numerous times back and forth as a dynamic warm up before you start off ice jumping.

You will hear the proper knee and ankle alignment and you will gain maximum power from your jumps.  You also use your arms to help as well.  This exercise has great demonstrations and will be very helpful for all levels of skaters.
