An amendment enacted by the 52nd ISU Congress updates criteria for the sit-spin which applies to both Single and Pair skaters. It states that, “The lower part of the buttocks must be lower than the upper part of the knee of the skating leg and the upper part of the skating leg must be parallel to the ice.”
