This spin has all three positions and is a great lesson to help you understand the rules.  The skater needs to have all three positions to get full points for a spin.  This lesson helps you learn specific requirements in positions and how you can count your rotations.

Remember you need 2 full rotations in the position in order to achieve the position.  If you don’t your spin will get a V which means less points.  I tend to think V stands for Violation.  Or as I say to my skaters VERY BAD.  So watch this lesson and hear how to count because it is after you achieve the position not on your way into it.
