Product Description
Choosing quality over higher levels with errors. In this lesson Paige discusses keeping the spin at a quality over quantity and how it’s better to get a plus in levels lower than overloading a spin and getting minuses. This lesson looks at a Canadian Pre-Novice level skater which is similar to americas Intermediate category.
Paige talks about required rotation and position quality. This spin has a forward camel a sit front, nickname pike or cannonball, shot gun. Then an A-frame which is an upright forward. Then changing feet to a non basic which is not like any other basic position which is a feature you can use once. The spin finishes with a back spin which is an upright so this spin has two upright positions. Remember to have a combination spin you need all 3 basic positions which are camel, sit and upright.
