I think skaters struggle with the camel spin but if you do a few of the tips Paige gives it will make your camel spin easier. Paige suggests you turn your toe up to create the needed knee higher than your hip position. You also need to make your entry edge a big curve and the knee rise slow not rushed. Sometimes skater even at a high level POP the camel spin. This is a timing error too quick.
You need to hold your position for 2 rotations but Paige suggests to do extra. This skater is working ion the position so this is a very valuable lesson to learn how to get the position. Skaters practice spirals please.
