We call this exercise The Buttle named after Jeff Buttle. You will see this exercise performed by a high level skater Corey. This exercise is all about body lean and shoulder placement. This warm up is key for you arms in your jumps and builds muscle memory and allows you to really feel anchored into the ice. Its a series of cross overs and turns with a small hop.
